We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services. The role involves generating new business leads, building client relationships, promoting freight and transportation services, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsible for preparing and verifying shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and customs documentation. The candidate should ensure accuracy, compliance with shipping regulations, and smooth coordination with clients and operations teams.
The Accounts Executive will manage freight billing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, GST compliance, and reconciliation of accounts. Prior experience in logistics or transport accounting will be an added advantage.
The role involves handling shipment tracking, responding to client queries, coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely delivery updates. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
